We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days to test your self-cleaning water bottle. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund (please note that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund).

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  1. The return request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  2. The water bottle is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  3. Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is provided.

Return Process: If you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above and wish to return your water bottle, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. You can reach us via email, or the contact form on our website.
  2. Provide the necessary details, including your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting information.
  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if the return is approved.
  4. Carefully package the water bottle in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
  5. Ship the package back to the provided return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the returned item.
  6. Once we receive and inspect the returned water bottle, we will notify you regarding your refund or exchange status.

Refunds and Exchanges: If the returned water bottle meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference:

  1. Refunds: If you choose a refund, the purchase amount minus a 20% restocking fee will be credited back to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
  2. Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange for a different product or variant, we will arrange for the replacement item to be shipped to you promptly. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
